Context
The Goals
- Move Euka from Instagram DMs to a fully functional e-commerce platform
- Design a premium, minimal visual identity directly in code, no Figma, no design file
- Build front-end and back-end simultaneously within a one-month deadline
- Make it easy for first-time buyers to commit without paying the full amount upfront
- Deliver a site that worked seamlessly across mobile and desktop
- Give Euka a brand presence that matched the quality of the product

Problem
The Challenges
- No design file existed. Everything had to be conceived and built directly in code, with no visual reference to work from
- The brand positioning was precise: powerful but feminine, professional but not boring. Every design decision had to hold that tension
- Customers were hesitant to pay the full amount upfront, creating drop-off at checkout before the platform even launched
- Front-end and back-end had to run simultaneously, leaving no room for sequential iteration within the one-month window

Outcome
The Solutions
- Designed and built the full platform in Next.js and Laravel with a minimal, structured visual language. Clean layouts, strong typography, restrained color that kept focus on the product
- Built directly in code without a design file, moving fast without sacrificing quality or brand consistency
- Introduced a flexible three-option payment system at checkout: pay in full, pay delivery fee only. This removed the biggest barrier to purchase and directly drove the 2x sales increase
- Delivered front-end and back-end in parallel within one month, hitting every deadline agreed upon with the client
